Early morning speedboat navigation from Puerto Ayora across the Bolivar Channel to Puerto Villamil, Isabela. Walk along coastal saltwater lagoons to admire feeding pink American flamingos. Visit the Arnaldo Tupiza Giant Tortoise Breeding Center to observe endemic subspecies from hatchlings to 100-year-old adults.
Board a zodiac to explore the volcanic Tintoreras Islets. Walk across rugged basalt lava fields populated by thousands of marine iguanas, look down into crystal fissures where white-tip sharks rest, and snorkel in a protected bay alongside sea lions, penguins, and marine turtles before the late afternoon return boat to Santa Cruz.
Daily routing may be adjusted by the Galapagos National Park authority or vessel captain according to weather and sea conditions.
