These terms summarize booking, payment, cancellation and service conditions for cruises, hotels, package tours and daily tours.

All bookings, payments and services on this website are managed by TURISMO SANDOVAL MEJUTO BESTTOURECUADOR COMPANIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA, with registered address at Martin de Utreras N42 y Mariana de Jesus, Quito, Ecuador.
Sales Policies
Sales policies establish the rules and parameters for the administration of the travel agency. Sales are made only to legal-age persons with valid identity documents such as passport or national ID, and the conditions depend on the payment method used.
Payment Policies
Initial deposit: it must be paid within 24 hours after confirmation and acceptance of the agreed price.
International packages: for outbound tourist packages, the air ticket purchase itself may be considered part of the initial deposit.
Reservation guarantee: the initial deposit blocks the reservation and is described as non-refundable.
Total payment: all travel must be fully paid 15 days before departure for cash, deposits or transfers, and 20 days before departure for credit card payments.
Late payment: failure to meet those deadlines cancels the reservation, except in special cases where extensions may be accepted, excluding the initial deposit.
Short-notice bookings: if the reservation is made within 10 days of departure, the full package must be paid once confirmed.
Cancellation Policies
If a reservation is canceled before the trip starts, the following penalties apply according to the days prior to departure:
30 to 21 days: 50% penalty
20 to 10 days: 80% penalty
09 to 01 days: 100% penalty
No Show and Personal Issues
If a passenger has immigration issues, legal restrictions, personal problems or force majeure preventing timely check-in and boarding, the case is classified as NO SHOW. In that case it is subject to a 100% penalty and no refund applies except possible airport tax reimbursement. The traveler may travel later by paying the corresponding penalty.
Flight Rescheduling
If operational or weather-related factors prevent the normal operation of a flight on the established date, the flight will be rescheduled without an option for refund.
